I am incredibly excited to take over Smoky Hill Auto Service and the great legacy the former owner left. Forming relationships and building trust capital is something I excel at. I see myself as a culture defender, ensuring our culture aligns with our core values. I have a passion for empowering people to reach their true potential.

I enjoy golfing, shooting, hunting, quality time with my wife and 2 children, traveling (when I have the time haha), drawing, watching documentary films, and of course some Sunday football.

Caitlyn Pridemore
Co-Owner/CFO/CMO

I am beyond thankful and excited to continue the legacy both Craig built here at Smoky Hill as well as my family built here in the South metro area. Growing up surrounded by strong hard-working men taught me so much about life and business and I just hope to mirror their talents, their workmanship and their love for their communities. I’m excited to get back to our roots and offer honest automotive repairs and building a positive work environment that people enjoy being a part of.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful family and soaking up this season of life with my beautiful three-year-old and 12-week-old daughters. When I’m not focused on family, I love cooking and trying a new recipe every Sunday, hiking, paddleboarding, writing, shooting shotguns, reading, and staying up to date on the latest marketing trends. I’m also passionate about supporting animal rescues and am a strong advocate for “adopt, don’t shop.” And, of course, I’m always cheering on the CSU Rams and the Colorado Avalanche!

Phil Hoffman
Service Manager

I bring about ten years of extensive knowledge in all aspects of the automotive industry. I have spent many years managing and selling vehicle parts, selling vehicles at premeir dealerships and managing vehicle repairs at other local repair shops.

When I am not working, I spend time with my growing family. I have an amazing girlfriend, step son, and we just welcome a brand new baby boy in Feb 2025.

Del Hansen
Service Advisor

After spending several years in the banking and finance industry, working his way from a teller into leadership, Del decided to make a career change and pursue his passion for the automotive industry.

His transition into automotive has allowed him to build valuable experience in the shop environment while developing a strong understanding of both vehicles and customer service.
Del is a hardworking, dependable team member who enjoys working alongside others and is always looking for opportunities to learn and develop new skills. He takes pride in working with customers, listening to their concerns, understanding what they need, and helping ensure they receive the service and attention they deserve.

What Del enjoys most about working in the automotive industry is that there is always something new to learn. He appreciates being part of a team where he can continue growing his knowledge while helping others.

Outside of work, family and friends are very important to Del. He enjoys spending time with loved ones, exploring new places, hiking, attending car shows, and relaxing with a good movie. Del is excited to be part of the Smoky team and looks forward to building lasting relationships with customers and helping them keep their vehicles running safely and reliably.
